The Strand - A Boutique Resort, Myrtle Beach

During my stay at The Strand, I found the staff truly really good, from the friendly front desk to the fun bartender. The ocean view from my room was amazing, even on a rainy day. However, the room itself could use some serious updates, as there were issues like drainage problems and a noisy toilet. Overall, it was a decent experience for a family vacation.

I had an average stay at The Strand - A Boutique Resort. The hotel's exterior and pool area were beautiful; however, the rooms and hallways could use some maintenance and thorough cleaning. While the friendly staff made my experience better, there were issues with noise and the need for a more modern touch throughout the resort.

I recently stayed at The Strand, and while the oceanfront location is definitely a plus, my overall experience left much to be desired. My room was smaller than expected, and the cleanliness was questionable. On the brighter side, the staff at breakfast were friendly and the swimming pool area was enjoyable. However, I can’t ignore the bad impressions left by the lobby and the staff at reception.

However, some of the amenities in my room needed updating, and the breakfast service had its ups and downs due to one particular staff member's behavior. Overall, it's a solid choice but could improve in a few areas.
